Joseph Bozzo, Broker of Record
Joseph Bozzo, Broker of Record and owner of Homelife Achievers Realty Inc. is a 29-year real estate marketing and management veteran of the new home and resale industry. He was licensed by the Ministry of Consumers and commercial Relations in 1977. Began his career as a real estate salesman with United Trust and when in 1982 he achieved his Broker status, he quickly moved to Real Estate Management, where he successfully managed a branch of Family Trust Company.
In 1984 Joseph was then recruited to Ashley Oak Homes a builder / developer to assume the management role of their Real Estate office and the marketing and sales of their new homes division. In 1986 Joseph then decided it was time that he went on his own and he purchased a Homelife Real Estate franchise, which grew to have over 50 agents. He then adjusted to the changing and challenging marketing conditions that the industry was experienced during the last recession by diversifying his business interests into property management and real estate marketing.
Joseph is no stranger to organized Real Estate, has been active in committee work from 1984 to 1998 at the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Ontario Real Estate Association also a member of the executive and finance committees as well as other task forces and chair of the federal government relation committee where in 1977 where he participated in round table discussions expressing various concerns and made recommendations on behalf of the industry before members of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance in preparation for the federal Budget. He has been a Director of the Toronto Real Estate Board for six consecutive years and Vice-President. Joseph has also been actively engaged in condominiums and investor owned properties in the capacity of a Property Manager.
